Online Banking is
free to Bank of Mountain View customers.

You will need a web
browser that supports 128-bit SSL encryption. Netscape Navigator
6.0 and higher and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.05 and higher
both support this encryption. To download the latest version
of Internet
Explorer or Netscape
for free, click on the appropriate link.
You will also need to set up your bank accounts and have a
bank assigned user ID and password.

Yes, a one-time application
is required to enroll for Internet Banking and to have your accounts
activated.

Applications are available at both bank locations.
Once we receive your signed application you will receive a
user ID in the mail. (Note we do not send user Ids or passwords
via e-mail since e-mail is not secure and may be viewed by
other parties.) Your temporary password will be mailed to you
within 3 days of your user ID. Once you have received both your
user ID and password you will be ready to use Internet Banking.
You will be required to change your password the first time you attempt
to access Internet Banking.

Yes, you can change
your User ID & password as often as you like by simply clicking
on Change Password and following the instructions provided.
You will be required to change your password at the initial login and
periodically by the system for security purposes. We strongly recommend that you
safeguard your password carefully and do not give it to anyone.
The Bank of Mountain View will never ask you for your password.
We also recommend that you choose a password that is not easily
guessed such as birthdays, anniversaries or events that can
be link to you or someone close to you. We recommend using
both alpha and numeric characters as well as upper and lower
case characters in order to make your password more secure.
The Bank of Mountain
View does not have access to your password once it has been changed
the first time you access Internet Banking. If you forget your password
you may contact us and we will issue you another temporary
password.

For security purposes
you will be automatically locked out of the system after three
(3) unsuccessful sign-on attempts. If you become locked out
of the system please contact our Internet
Banking Coordinator so that we can reset your information.

If you chose to view
all accounts on your online banking application then all of
your accounts (including paid off and closed accounts) as
well as any new accounts you open will be displayed. However,
if you chose only specific accounts on your online application
form then only those accounts will be displayed on Internet Banking.
If you want add or delete accounts from your Internet Banking display,
then you should contact the bank to have these changes made.

Yes, you will be able
to access and print your most recent deposit statement.

You can review up to 18
months of transaction history on your deposit accounts by entering
a range of dates for transactions.
Similarly, you can enter a range of dates throughout the life
of your loan and review your payment history.
